Bruce McKenzie

Bruce McKenzie received his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Montana in 1969, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School in 1972. Formerly associate counsel with the UMWAÕs national health and retirement funds, where he handled considerable ERISA litigation, Mr. McKenzie joined Donaldson & Kiel in 1978. He has successfully represented ERISA benefit plans and their fiduciaries in a wide variety of proceedings before the federal trial and appellate courts and regulatory agencies. Mr. McKenzie is admitted to practice in various U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and District of Columbia Circuits, and United States Supreme Court. He is a frequent speaker on benefit plan matters at educational conferences and seminars.
